Footings, Piers & Foundations
The most important work happens underneath the home and that’s where we don’t cut corners. We install properly sized concrete footings and pier systems based on soil conditions, load requirements, and frost depth to ensure long-term stability and compliance. If the foundation is right, everything above it stays right.
Tie-Downs & Anchoring Systems
We install manufactured home anchoring systems designed to resist wind, movement, and seasonal shifts. All tie-downs are installed per HUD and manufacturer specifications to meet inspection requirements and provide peace of mind during severe weather. Secure enough to sleep through the storm.

Interior Trim & Finish Work
We provide interior trim and finish work related to manufactured home setup and completion, including trim adjustments, marriage line finish details, and minor interior corrections needed to complete the installation properly. Our goal is a clean, finished interior that looks right and functions correctly once the home is fully set. Because the inside should match the quality underneath.
Double-Wide Marriage Line Completion
Proper marriage line alignment and fastening is critical to the structural integrity of a double-wide home. We complete marriage line fastening, sealing, and interior/exterior finish work to ensure the two sections are properly joined, structurally sound, and inspection-ready. This includes floor, wall, and roof alignment, fastening, and weather sealing as required. Two halves. One solid home.
